Digital products, software licenses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered unless otherwise required by law.

All merchandise sold through KR Automasjon is made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because our products are manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, ordering the wrong color, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct size, color, and product variant are selected before placing an order.
